We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Research Field Supervisor/ Quality Control

Job-role
The successful candidate will perform the following functions:

Provide supervision for the team of interviewers and ensure regular progress of data collection in the field.


Manage every questionnaire administration and interview session on the field.


Monitor data quality and provide for the regular transfer/upload of completed questionnaires to the central office/server.


Adhere to confidentiality procedures, policies when collecting, storing, and sharing data.


Qualifications/Experience

Must possess a first Degree in any Social Sciences/ Health Sciences field of study and any other professional certificate or degree is an added advantage.


Must have minimum of three (3) years post NYSC working experience in monitoring and Evaluation.


Must be experienced with database management and table technology for data collection and monitoring purposes.


Must be computer proficient, including Microsoft Word and Excel applications


Must have experience in managing other research/monitoring and evaluation officers at a supervisory level.


Skills and Competency required:

Excellent knowledge of field team supervision and ensure regular progress of data collection in the field.


Ability and experience in electronic data collection, edit every questionnaire/ interview in the field using tabs.


Manage/monitor data quality and ensure all interviewers meet their required daily quotas for upload.


Regular transfer/upload of completed questionnaires to the central office/server.


Must possess logical and analytical skills.


Must possess good writing and verbal communication skills.


Must be able to work effectively with others, as well as promote collaboration across multiple locations.


Strictly adhere to punctuality on the stipulated duration for data collection.


Must be computer proficient, including Microsoft Word and Excel applications and knowledge of ERP applications
