Call for Volunteer Tutors for Nigerian Women Techsters

The Nigerian Women Techsters, a Women Techsters initiative for Nigeria, bridges the digital knowledge divide between men and women by training 2400 women in undeserved communities across Nigeria, resulting in increased access to more coding talent, capable of improving quality of work within organizations and eventually, promoting economic growth and development in Nigeria and across the African continent.

Niherian Women Techstars will train 2,400 young women between the ages of 18 – 40 across 12 states in Nigeria with its current focus on Ondo, Ekiti, Adamawa, Imo, Rivers,Osun,Oyo, Edo, Abuja, Kwara, Kano, and Lagos states.

Each Volunteers will serve as a tutor in the Nigerian Women Techsters initiative to run across the following states:

Osun 
Lagos
Imo
Rivers
Abuja
Kano

Training is scheduled to hold every Saturday between 9am-4pm, for 12 weeks after which a demo day will be organised to showcase projects worked on by beneficiaries.
